Q: Why is this set priced lower than retail?

We focus on delivering an excellent building experience without the high retail markup. Our products are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and shipped in simplified packaging, allowing us to offer premium building sets at significantly lower prices. Thousands of collectors choose Brickoraes because they enjoy the same building satisfaction while spending much less: direct factory sourcing, no unnecessary retail markups, quality-checked before shipment, and affordable collector-grade models.

Q: Are all parts included?

Yes. Every set is inspected before shipment. We carefully check each order to help ensure all building elements and instructions are included, so you get a complete and enjoyable building experience from start to finish.

Q: What if parts are missing?

We've got you covered. Although missing parts are rare, our customer support team will gladly arrange replacement parts at no additional cost. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the missing components. This includes a free replacement service, fast support response, and a dedicated customer care team.

Q: Does it come with the original retail box?

Most sets are shipped without the original retail box. This helps reduce shipping costs, lower environmental impact, and provide better overall value to our customers. Your order will be securely packed to ensure all parts arrive safely and in excellent condition. Some special edition products may include branded packaging when indicated on the product page.

Q: Is payment secure?

Yes. Your payment information is protected. We accept trusted payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for the United States, 3-7 business days for Europe, and 7-15 business days for other regions. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately. If your order is damaged during transit, our support team will work with you to provide replacement parts or an appropriate solution. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.

Q: Do you offer returns?

Yes. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will review the situation and help find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Q: Is this set suitable for collectors?
